EASTER::ARCHBISHOP ADERETI CALL FOR GOD INTERVENTION AND TO BE GUIDED BY LENT LESSON.

The Archbishop of the united church of cherubim & Seraphim organization W/W on Sunday morning felicitated with christians faithful on the occasion of this year Easter celebration, enjoining them to pray for quick intervention of the most high to end the pandemic Coronavirus in the whole world. He also charged Christian faithfuls to reflect the spirit of humility and love which Jesus Christ represents in their daily activities. He further urged, particularly Christians, to be guided by the lessons of the Lenten season. Adereti who specified this in his Easter felicitation message on Sunday in Ile ife enjoined Christians to imbibe the virtues of love, peace and sacrifice, which were the attributes of Jesus Christ, and intensify prayers to God to heal the world of the COVID-19 pandemic ravaging nations and killing people. Archbishop Adereti said the power of prayers and the exploits of Esther through prayers when the children of jew were faced with many challenges and how the Lord intervened to save the jews, and called for more prayer. Adereti said Easter celebration is the beginning of Christianity, encouraged Christians to uphold the significance of the Lenten season which comes with the value of repentance, self-denial and prayer While commending Christians faithful and member of United church of cherubim & seraphim organisation on a low key celebration of Easter this year, He encouraged them all to accept this moment as part of their own sacrifice for a better Nigeria.

He further called upon to always abide by government directives and take precautionary measures to ensure safety against the deadly infectious coronavirus. Happy Easter Celebration.
